At Nairobi Phones Technologies, we strive to offer high-quality products and reliable customer service. Please read the details below carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of purchase or delivery. If the 3rd day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, an extension period of up to 14 days applies.
- For new Products,they must be in their original state ,that is: unused, unactivated, and in original condition.This applies to refurbished products also.
- All original accessories, manuals, seals, and packaging must be intact.
- Defective products: The issue will be verified through inspection before approval.
- Non-defective products: Returns are accepted in cases such as order fulfillment errors (e.g., a customer ordered a laptop but received a printer). The product must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Physical damage caused by misuse, negligence, power surges, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs is not considered a defect.
⛔ Used, activated, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Return Window
- Standard return window: 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- If the 3rd day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, an extension period of up to 14 days will be granted for the return.
- Products must meet all eligibility conditions to qualify for return.
Exchanges Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for eligible products, subject to inspection and stock availability.
- Exchanges apply only to new, unused, and unactivated products returned within 14 days.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refund Policy
- Refunds apply to approved returns only.
- Once the returned item is inspected and verified, refunds will be processed within up to 30 days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.
Return Authorization Process
To request a return authorization:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear evidence of the defect or order fulfillment error (photos or videos).
- Await confirmation and instructions to return the item in store.
