Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of purchase or delivery. If the 3rd day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, an extension period of up to 14 days applies.
  • For new Products,they must be in their original state ,that is: unused, unactivated, and in original condition.This applies to refurbished products also.
  • All original accessories, manuals, seals, and packaging must be intact.
  • Defective products: The issue will be verified through inspection before approval.
  • Non-defective products: Returns are accepted in cases such as order fulfillment errors (e.g., a customer ordered a laptop but received a printer). The product must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Physical damage caused by misuse, negligence, power surges, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs is not considered a defect.

⛔ Used, activated, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

  • Standard return window: 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Exchanges Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible products, subject to inspection and stock availability.
  • Exchanges apply only to new, unused, and unactivated products returned within 14 days.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds apply to approved returns only.
  • Once the returned item is inspected and verified, refunds will be processed within up to 30 days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.
