  • Product availability is subject to change. In case of unavailability after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • Nairobi Phones Technologies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.
  • If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be processed within 30 days.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via:

  • M-PESA (Paybill or Till Number)
  • Mobile banking and card payments (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Bank transfer 

Payments must be received in full before the order is processed or dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Warranty & Repairs
