  • Deliveries are not conducted on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping starts from KES 500.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination.
  • Final shipping cost may vary from the standard rate depending on the order size and weight.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for orders valued above KES 100,000.
  • This offer applies to eligible locations within our delivery network.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.
